Coasteering is the evolution of canyoning at sea. A sort of marine trekking, with dives and climbing, moving along a stretch of coast in the intertidal zone, which is the coastal area that depends on the tides. From Niasca to Baia del Cannone in Portofino, the guides take you on a fun, safe journey between land and sea exploring and observing closely the natural wonders of the coastal area. During the initial briefing, you will be shown the behaviors to be followed for personal safety and for respect for the coast, biodiversity and other people. The return to the base will be on foot. To carry out this activity it is necessary to be a good swimmer, have a good physical and psychological shape and be used to doing outdoor activities (e.g. trekking).
