Pasta mama, Home cooking lessons at Grazia's house

If during your trip to Bologna you feel the desire to totally immerse yourself in the local culinary culture, you are in the right place, welcome to Grazia's kitchen! I offer a cooking lesson that includes the preparation of two types of fresh egg pasta, with two different typical seasonings, including Bolognese ragù. It will be an interactive and well-balanced cooking lesson, your hands will be mixed with egg and flour, and you will see me at the stove preparing the sauces and plating. Vegetarian menu available on request. Menus for celiacs and lactose intolerants not available.
