To guide you in this experience, chefs born and raised here in Puglia, who can't wait to share their knowledge with you, and answer all your curiosities, in their cuisine. Obviously, afterwards, prepare to taste and enjoy the products that you have kneaded and baked in the case of focaccia, fried in the case of panzerotti, and cooked in the case of orecchiette. The experience takes place in the town of Conversano, in a historic residence.
