What To Expect

The master ice cream maker Giordy Babbo hopes to be able to convey to all of you his deep passion for what is food in general, but above all for artisan ice cream.
After a warm welcome and a short presentation, we will start with an explanation of what the world of ice cream is; after which we will begin to produce two flavors of ice cream together on our common table. The tastes will be gradually decided according to the seasonality of the available products, something we have always cared about for a long time, since it is important to use natural and fresh products, at Km 0. After preparation, there will be the most awaited part: the tasting of the ice cream as soon as product.
The course will last about 2 hours, including a coffee break of about 15 minutes. At the end of the course, the Academy's certificate and apron will be issued to take us back home with you. A short recipe book will allow you to reproduce what you have seen, with the help of a small ice cream maker.
