What To Expect

In the magical autumn atmosphere amongst centuries-old olive groves and quiet landscapes, you'll experience the olive harvest, a tradition strongly linked to the territory. The family has a strong oil tradition dating back to 1960 when the first olive trees were planted in the Bosco Falconeria area. After a brief introduction on the olive tree's curiosities and the benefits of extra-virgin olive oil, you will be actively involved; from the laying of the nets under the trees to the collection of olives in the appropriate baskets to the tasting of the very first fruit, extra virgin olive oil. You will complete this unique experience with a brunch of five delightful Sicilian appetizers including local cheesespasseggiata, vegetables grown in the farm garden, homemade bread with two different types of olive oil, organic honey and delicious citrus jellies paired with a tasting of local wines.
