Saturday: From the Piazzetta del Belvedere in loc. Colli di Fontanelle starts a fascinating tour along the stairs of an ancient mule track, to discover one of the most evocative places in the world. Accompanied by the scents and colors of the forest, in a landscape of Mediterranean scrub nestled between past and present, we will cross the "Porta di Sant'Elia" to continue down to the sighting tower, where a natural access known as the "Virgin's Bath" it will take us close to the blue sea of the Sorrento peninsula with a view of the splendid islands of Li Galli. Here we can enjoy a moment of relaxation and, perhaps, dive into the splendid crystal clear waters of the Sorrento peninsula. The return will take place retracing the path backwards. Sunday: A few steps from the center of Sorrento we will go up the stairs of Sant'Antonio until we reach the chapel of the same name and, along ancient streets (the only ones that can be traveled in antiquity), we will enter the Olivella grove until we reach the welcoming Piazza di Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi where we can rest and enjoy a little relaxation. Departure for the "Monastery of San Paolo Sul Deserto", an oasis of peace and quiet that enjoys a breathtaking view, where the two gulfs, that of Naples and Salerno meet. With our eyes still full of the beauty of the two gulfs, we will continue towards the Borgo di Acquara where we can admire examples of ecclesiastical art perfectly integrated with the territory: the Chapels of the Madonna di Tentarano and that of San Giuseppe a Prasiano. Walking through typical lemon groves and lonely alleys we will return to Sorrento, not before enjoying one last suggestive panoramic view of the Sorrento peninsula.
