Fresh produce is intensely flavoured and typical dishes are crafted to allow the star ingredients to sing.Chef Mimmo has created this gastronomic experience to immerse his guests in the simple elegance of Campanian cuisine. You'll start with a tour of Mimmo's garden. With baskets in hand, you'll find out about the variety of fruits and vegetables he grows here, and then select fresh produce to be made into your lunch. Back in the demo kitchen at the restaurant, your chef will prepare a special meal. This is an educational and interactive experience so roll up your sleeves and get involved - or if you prefer, sit back and watch the magic happen - your carefully selected raw ingredients become an expertly prepared traditional Italian lunch that will be accompanied by qualty local wine.
