Meet our English speaking assistant and our local expert guide at the Sorrento Circumvesuviana train station in Piazza Giovanni Battista De Curtis by the Newsagent's Edicola Ercolano. Our assistant (See Photo) will provide you the return train tickets for the local train ride (the ride takes approx 40 minutes). Visiting Pompeii, a Unesco World Heritage site takes you back to the past, it's a full immersion in the history.The local expert guide will take you around the ancient town of Pompeii for 2 hours, showing the main public monuments and some of the most famous Houses of Pompeii ruins. At the end of the tour you are free to return, or stay longer in Pompeii to explore further on your own.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Children must be accompanied by an adult and have copy of ID as a MUST . Due to strict train schedules this tour is not compatible with cruise passengers or if your hotel is outside the Sorrento Peninsular . Once checked in with Amelia she will indicate you go upstairs and wait for your guide, together you will board the 10:00 AM Train. For bookings with children, you will need to show a copy of a document that shows proof of the child's age for free tickets (a photo on your phone is fine) Once on board train, stop for tour is POMPEII VILLA DEI MISTERI, please do not leave the train at other station. We cannot be held responsible if you board the wrong train or leave the train at the wrong station.. If you have luggage there is a storage facility in Pompeii Station Villa Dei Misteri, ask guide on the day for information. Meeting point at Sorrento Train Station only . Train Departure: 10:00 am Journey Time Each Way 45 Minutes . Food & Drinks Not Included . Weekends are fine to Visit Pompei ! . BRING ID FOR CHILDREN !
