At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time. We require a minimum of 2 participants in total every day to operate this service. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not at least 2 participants for this service. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. Lead Traveler's document ID picture required (tour purpose only)

If your ship docks at Stazione Marittima, pick-up will be outside the cruise terminal building, at the exit of the box of the security under the blue sign "Stazione Marittima".
If your ship docks at Pier 21, pick-up will be just outside the exit gate where the ship will dock, just next to the ship.
In both cases, a driver/guide will show a sign with the name.
