What To Expect

Modern, fast trains connect Florence with Rome in 1 hour and 30 minutes.The main station is Firenze Santa Maria Novella, on the edge of the historic old town. Traveling by train from Rome to Florence is also an easy and comfortable journey through Italy’s scenic Lazio and Tuscany regions. At the station you will meet your guide who will take you through the heart of Florence, where you can admire the most famous monuments. You will have free time for your shopping and lunch and by late afternoon you will be back in Rome with fantastic memories!
