What To Expect

Would you like to know how to make good homemade pasta?
Learn while having fun how to make delicious ravioli and perfect gnocchi, with the simple gestures that Italian grandmothers used. An experience not to be missed. We will guide you in the world of fresh pasta and you will discover some curiosities about Italians at the table, how to cook pasta correctly, the difference between fresh pasta and dried pasta. And for you a sheet/memo with the ingredients and recipes for making traditional pasta and sauces. And after two hours with our hands in the dough, finally at the table all together sipping some good wine that will accompany the pasta made by us.
