What To Expect
Welcome appertizer with at Aperolspritz and Bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil and Olive Oil.
The cooking class will start with the preparation of the Tiramisu with cocoa power on top and the young Grandma learn to make pasta from scratch, using flour and eggs to make Fettuccine and Tagliolini .
After you've finished, sit down with a glass of italian wine. Trying fettuccine with traditional sauce and Tagliolini with cacio e pepe sauce and also with Alfredo sauce. Finnaly, your unique experience will finish with the tiramisù that you made yourself.
