What To Expect

Travel on a full-day journey from Rome through the hills of Chianti to the cities of Siena and San Gimignano.
Make your way to Siena for a lovely wander around the historic center of the city, a well-deserved UNESCO World Heritage site. Walk along Piazza del Campo, the public square that's also home to the Palio di Siena horse race. Visit the Mangia Tower, and admire the cathedral's Romanesque-Gothic facade and enjoy a tasting of local food and wines.
Then travel to the near San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage site and explore its charming medieval streets before beginning your trip back to Rome through the Tuscan countryside.

Important info

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Specialized infant seats are available. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements. Please provide your accommodation's information at the time of booking (name, address). The day before we'll send a mail with exact pick up time. A minimum of two travelers per booking is required. The excursion is not affected by weather conditions.
