As the Vatican Museums are the home of roughly 70,000 arts, it is impossible to visit everything in one day. If you look just 1 minute at each piece of art, it will take you 12 years to finish everything.
That is why our 3-hour visit is the perfect way to make the most out of everything.
During the visit, be ready to be mesmerized by the works of the master painters like Raphael, Bernini, da Vinci, and of course, Michelangelo’s world-famous Sistine Chapel and Last Judgement. Then you will be captivated by the beauty of the St. Peter’s Basilica with a special entrance, from Michelangelo’s Pietà to Bernini’s enormous bronze altar.

Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Not recommended for travelers with mobility impairments. Dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered. Both men and women must cover their shoulders and knees. St. Peter's is closed on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM-01:00 PM and on December 24 and 31. During these times, the tour will visit other parts of the museums. The Vatican can be very crowded all year round All visitors must pass through an airport-style security check. During high season, the wait at security may be up to 30 minutes. St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel can close without notice on rare occasions. If this happens, your guide will take you to tour the Vatican Museums and/or the Sistine Chapel/St Peter's Basilica instead. Travelers with disability are eligible for free tickets
