What To Expect

Explore the symbol of the Eternal City with our expert local tour guides. Starting just outside the entrance of the monument, you will receive our headset system to hear your guide perfectly. Walk the footsteps of the greatest emperors, hear about the bloody gladiator fights, and the history of the Colosseum throughout the centuries. At the end of the tour our guide will be happy to answer your questions.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Please be aware that ID is required for children under 18. Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.. Please avoid bringing large bags or backpacks. There are no storage facilities in Colosseum . Any kind of spray bottles and glass items are not allowed in side the colosseum. We recommend you to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance. Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
