Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Exact full names of all travelers must be provided at the booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. The order of the sites may vary depending on the entry time of the tickets to the Colosseum. Even though allowed strollers can be challenging at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill as the surface is uneven and slippery at times. If possible we recommend baby carriers. Travelers must be on time at the meeting point. Please note the entry tickets are timed and the local personnel are strict with the entry slots. Latecomers are not let in and they won't be able to join the group. No refund is due in case of any delay
