* Maximum 8 guests per guide. Flexibility is allowed for 1-2 extra guests to keep booking groups together, or you may tour with fewer than 6
* 100% of the tour is in the city centre and on the Tiber River bike path. Routes are carefully selected, but light vehicular traffic is sometimes unavoidable
* This is a tasting of shared samples of typical Roman products, not a full meal
* A minimum level of riding experience is mandatory
* The guide performs a pre-departure test and reserves the absolute right to deny participation (no refund) if a guest is deemed unsuitable (ability/health issues)
* Infants up to 20 kg/44 lbs ride free in a child seat
* Children under 139 cm/4'7" in height must use a child extension (tag-along)
