Not suitable for:
- Guests with mobility issues as the tour involves a fair amount of climbing and many stairs (there is no lift). A good level of fitness is required to participate
- People who suffer from claustrophobia, as the spaces to climb onto the terraces and the Dome are very narrow
Not allowed:
- No bare shoulders or knees. A modest dress code is required when visiting the Cathedral

- Your ticket also includes complimentary access to the Great Museum of Duomo and Giotto’s Bell Tower and Baptistery, which you can use for 72 hours, in your own time after the tour
- Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, you may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering the venue. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, it's strongly recommended that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour
