Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Tour in Italian Language is only available on every Fridays (From May 2020 and onwards). Tour in German Language is only available on every Thursdays and Fridays (From May 2020 and onwards). On the first Sunday of each month, entrance is free of charge, but as tickets can't be reserved ahead of time, entry is not guaranteed. Please note that even with the skip-the-line entrance, there is still a compulsory security check, which may cause some delays in entering the museum. Please let us know in advance about any special needs or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accommodate them. Big bags and liquid bottles will not be allowed inside the museums
