Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Service animals allowed. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. We are glad to accomodate foldable wheelchairs when the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark. The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. This is a private service. Only members of your party will participate. In case of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will not be refundable. If you arrive with a new flight and consequently a new pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer. Any modifications or changes to the pick-up time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled pick-up time. In the event that a flight is diverted to Pisa or Bologna Airport, the transfer will not take place and will not be refunded
