The Chianti region is celebrated worldwide for its exquisite ruby-red blends and picturesque rolling hills. Sangiovese, the most widely planted grape in Italy, will guide you as you appreciate its unique qualities.
Our adventure begins in the heart of Chianti Classico, where you’ll visit a local winery renowned for its Chianti, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. A family member will welcome you and lead you through the vineyard, cellar, and tasting room. Here, you’ll savor Chianti Classico, Vinsanto, paired with local delicacies.
We then continue to a historic farm that produces wines and olive oil. During this tasting, the wines will be paired with a three-course lunch featuring an appetizer, first course and dessert, teaching you to match wines with Tuscan flavors.
