Emilia-Romagna is Italy’s Food Valley, known for its diverse gastronomy and unique products like Parmigiano Reggiano, charcuterie, and Aceto Balsamico. This region boasts over 40 traditional certified foods and follows a farm-to-table philosophy. On this tour, you’ll meet local producers, hear their stories, and sample world-renowned food products. Our first stop will be at the Parmigiano Reggiano dairy farm, where we will witness the production process and have a guided tasting of the famous cheese. Our next stop is “Salumificio Conti” in Langhirano Valley. We’ll see how Prosciutto di Parma is made and learn about the entire process from raw meat to the final aging room. The process is carried out with dedication, skill, and farm-to-table ingredients.
