Led by Chef Niccolò, experience a hands-on culinary class that will help you master the art of making pasta and authentic tiramisu in an inviting venue in the heart of Milan. Chef Niccolò is a chef with expertise in both Italian cuisine and regional heritage. Working in some of the city’s best restaurants has provided essential skills and techniques and a renowned reputation. The class will begin with a traditional aperitivo with salumi and cheese from the Chianti region of Italy. Next, you’ll learn how to make pasta dough from scratch and the technique to knead it. As the next step, you’ll cut long-shaped pasta, including tagliatelle, fettuccine or pappardelle. Class will continue by transforming pasta dough into ravioli and practice piping skills to add a seasonal filling. Finish the class with a layered tiramisu to satisfy your sweet tooth.
