Length of travel by bus from Como to St. Moritz: approx. 3 hours - Length of travel by train from St. Moritz to Tirano: approx. 2 hours and 15 minutes - Length of travel by bus from Tirano to Como: approx. 2 hours and 30 minutes. Timings might change according to logistic needs or traffic
During winter, the Bernina Express route may offer partially obscured or less visible panoramic views due to shorter daylight hours. Departing at 4:14 pm from St. Moritz and arriving at 6:39 pm in Tirano, the journey's timing may limit daylight scenery

Remember to bring:

On the day of the trip, you must bring the original passport or similar document valid for expatriation (please check with the Swiss Consulate if a VISA is required). Photocopies or photographs will not be accepted
