We will learn together the 4 stages of tasting with 3 beautiful Italian wines;
We will know the basics to be able to "decode" a wine thanks to our five senses and the tasting technique. Tasting a wine means subjecting it to a series of sensory analyses to determine its organoleptic characteristics.
We will practice together the 4 phases of the tasting:
visual inspection;
the olfactory examination;
the taste test.
the retro-olfactory examination.
Such techniques involve our five senses (sight, smell, taste, touch and, to a lesser extent, hearing). The techniques are learned by tasting three fine Italian wines.
To know how to taste a wine you need curiosity, knowledge and culture. It is a mental attitude: drinking without thirst, in small sips and slowly, for pure pleasure...

Traveling from San Babila to Via Vittorio Emanuele towards Piazza del Duomo, the last street on the left - Via Pattari - leads directly to Piazza Fontana.
We meet right next to the fountain and are easily recognizable because we are holding our aroma wheel.
