- The service is active with departures from Duomo for the Fashion, Design & Leisure Line from 10:15 am about every hour, and for the Milan Highlights Line from 10:40 am about every hour
- The audio guide is available in 11 languages for adults (Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic). There is also an audioguide dedicated to children available in 3 languages (Italian, English, Spanish)
