Public transportation options are available nearby. Specialized infant seats are available. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Please wear comfortable shoes, preferably with a rubber sole. During hot days it is recommended to wear a sun hat. Due to increased security measures at the Duomo some lines may form. Additionally, strict rules apply to enter the visit the Rooftop (no knives, no scissors, no glass bottles, etc.). The elevator has a maximum capacity of 7 people. The monumental complex might close the elevator used to descend for security reasons; in this event, the descent will be done by stairs
