What To Expect
This private tour is a day trip to all our hand-picked sites of this famous area of Iceland. This celebrated area is rich with history and boasts powerful waterfalls, geothermal hot pools, erupting geysers, separating continental plates, luxurious hot pools and delicious food.
Start the day by walking through the serene and historic grounds of Þingvellir National Park, scarred by the separating continental plates. Learn about year round food production in while eating lunch among the tomato vines of Friðheimar Farm tomato greenhouse. Be hypnotised by the surging flow of the majestic Gullfoss waterfall. Be surprised by the sudden eruptions at Geysir geothermal area.
To end the day we will stop by the Sky Lagoon geothermal Spa to relax in the calming waters, over-looking the sea. Their 7 step ritual will cleanse and invigorate as you bathe under the sky.
Please note, the return time to Reykjavík will depend on how much time you intend to spend in the lagoon. We recommend 2 hours.

Specialized infant seats are available. Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Pickup starts at 9am from your designated bus stop or hotel (can be adjusted upon enquiry). Please inform us of where you are staying so we can let you know of the nearest designated pickup point is to meet you for pickup. Restrictions on buses in downtown area mean that we cant pickup from all hotels.. No minimum age. Weather appropriate clothing. Rainproof clothing recommended and can be borrowed free of charge if notified ahead of time. . Travel time is included in the duration of this tour. The lunch can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free etc. Please just inform us at booking or before the tour. . Some walking is required at each stop but can be amended to meet most guests abilities.

Meeting Point
Pickups is at 9am. You do not need to arrive earlier than this time. Please be at your designated pick up point at this time. We pick up from the designated tourist bus pick up points in downtown Reykjavik (see list to choose from), and certain hotels where it is permissible to drive and pick up from. We can only pick up from the hotels listed. If you are in downtown Reykjavik we will likely need to use one of these pick up points. If you cannot see your hotel in the list then please choose from one of the designated bus stops in central Reykjavik.
