What To Expect
As you arrive at the fort, you will see a seemingly endless flight of stairs going up the fort. Climbing these stairs, one almost feels as if the fort is a living entity, whispering tales of its colourful past. Lots of Langurs (white-bodied monkeys with a black face) have now taken up residence in the fort. While the monkeys are supposedly friendly, it’s best not to get too close to them. The fort premises also include lots of temples, including Hindu and Jain ones.
The most famous of these temples is dedicated to Lord Ganesha and it attracts hordes of pilgrims every year. The entire excursion will take around 2.5 hours. Your accompanying guide will narrate many interesting stories and anecdotes during the excursion to Ranthambore Fort. A jeep will take you to the fort and back.

Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have a high level of physical fitness. Minimum age 14 years. Maximum vehicle size is 6 passengers. If you have limited mobility, please let us know in advance. You must be able to climb and descend stairs. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation. Photography not allowed in temples. You must wear clothing that covers your arms and legs for visiting sacred or holy places. This activity is subject to cancellation based on inclement weather. Guided Language tours are available at a supplement. You must contact Le Passage to India at least 24 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation. Use the contact and email details on the voucher/ticket. Upon pickup, please present your printed voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. Le Passage to India will respond within 24 hours to confirm your pickup time. Pickup is included from most centrally located hotels; if your hotel falls outside this area you may need to pay a supplement for hotel pickup.US$ 20 is the supplement for pick-up from hotels outside the radius of 5 Kms from the city center.
