You are advised to reach at the Hawa Mahal which is a facade on the main street. Once you get down there someone would approach to identify you.
We do prefer meeting the guest at the hotel lobby at a agreed time of the tour date. If in some cases, if the meeting point is not the hotel then it will be always the Hawa Mahal facade of the main street where the guide will greet and meet you.
