Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Specialized infant seats are available. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. A maximum of 8 people per booking. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Electric cart in the terminal is subject to availability & location of the gate at which the flight arrives. In case a flight connects to any of the gates / aerobrdiges that are close to the exit leading to the immigation hall (which requires minimal walking) an electric cart will not be used. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid visa / travel documents. In case entry is refused by immigration or any passenger is deported, we will not be liable, and no refund can be given towards the booking.. The Meet & Assist executives cannot interfere during government regulated procedures eg. Immigration, Customs and Security. For airport transfer, no child seats or baby capsules are provided; infants must be seated on the lap of an adult.. Flight and hotel details must be provided at the time of booking (including flight times and number, as well as hotel name and address). Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. We reserve the right to charge additional fee, in case the flight is delayed over one (1) hour from the Scheduled Time of Arrival.
