Return to your host's home for a vegetarian Punjabi cooking class. Punjabi cuisine is one of the most popular Indian cuisines centered around rich, creamy flavors. Learn to make roti or paratha (flatbread), a paneer based dish (fresh cheese in a tomato sauce) and dal (lentils).
