Pickup & Drop from North Mumbai hotels & Airport are not included.
If your hotel is in North Mumbai, so you need to pay extra INR 2000 for the pickup and drop. Which you can pay directly to the driver at the end after the drop.

If you come from a cruise, the guide will be holding a name plate of your name at Green Gate, which is the exit gate of the port.
