Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Transportation options are wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Restrictions- We strongly recommend that travelers carry a foldable wheelchair. This tour is not recommended for travelers using a power wheelchair (which should be foldable) weighing more than 50Kg/110lb and not a big size. There will be a rooftop railing to store the baggage. We'll do our best to store as many bags as we can along with the folded wheelchair, the rest of the baggage is to be stored on the rooftop railing. No scooter is accessible.. Accessibility- what to expect? Are there steps at any point during this tour/activity? If yes, at which stop(s) and what type of assistance is needed/provided? There are a few steps, but you can rest easy as your tour guide and the driver will take care of everything.. Assistance- Guides & drivers have experience assisting people with disabilities. Guides & the driver will be available to assist throughout the tour.. Restrooms- No accessible restrooms available at any of the attractions, some have sitting bench with some shed facility. Your tour guide will follow up with you if you want to slow down for a while, grab something to eat or drink (other than lunch) and do his best to find an accessible restaurant/coffee shop etc.. Places to be visited- Few accessibility measures are in place and assistance is needed for the full experience. The main building of the great Taj Mahal is not wheelchair accessible due to its height and quite many steps. We'll take you as closer to the main building as we can. The tour guide and the driver will assist you with everything.. Equipment- No adaptive equipment included in this tour/activity. At what point the transportation takes place- Right from picking you up from your hotel/airport/rail station in Delhi until the tour ends, going from one city to the next, one sight to the next, and touring around the cities, going to restaurants, driving through the old city area and markets. . Transportation- Your tour guide and the driver will help you get in and out of the car. You’ll be provided a private air-conditioned Toyota MUV. Door width of Toyota MUV- Side Doors are 42 Inch wide and 52 inch in height whilst back door is 40 inch wide and 58 inch in height. . Do people who use a wheelchair need to get off their wheelchair during the transportation? Yes, please. Seats are big enough and have seatbelts.. Is there a movable armrest? NO.. Seatbelt type? 2 point seatbelt.. Will someone be able to assist the travelers in case they need help? Your tour guide and the driver will be with you all the time and help you with everything.. Can we walk around the old Jaipur city? Old Jaipur city is most often loaded with a heavy traffic so makes it difficult for a wheelchair users. Your tour guide will follow up with you when we come across any area(s) where he thinks it’s all good to walk around.. Any guidance features available for people with hearing and/or vision impairment- Unfortunately, No!. Baggage storage- . Please be informed the great Taj Mahal remains closed on Friday for visitors, therefore, kindly book your tour accordingly that the day you're going to tour the great Taj Mahal in Agra should not be Friday. . We can also buy the entry tickets for you and you can pay us at the end of the tour ( total tickets amount + 5% GST)
