Built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal, this beautiful monument is a synonym for the beauty. It was built about 350 years ago. After 22 years of hard work, 25,000 people worked day and night, and the shape of this monument amazed the world. That is why the monument was chosen as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The tomb of Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan is located in the center of Taj Mahal and is the major attraction of tourists in the epitome of love. The smell, kiss the breeze in the soft water of Yamuna, experience the aura of love all around. The Taj Mahal is an ideal place for history lovers, architects, and true enthusiasts. It is also a good place to take pictures and capture the beauty in your eyes... 3: Itmad-ud-Daula's Tomb: (10:30 AM) Known as the Baby Taj, a replica of the Taj Mahal is the tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daula, which is famous for its historical value and grandeur. You will also be fascinated by the amazing architecture of this monument. 4: Lunch: (12:30 PM) We will have lunch at the Bon Barbecue Restaurant. Enjoy delicious Mughalai cuisine at the buffet lunch before you re-start the journey. 5: Agra Fort: (01:30 PM) Agra Fort is often called the sister monument of the Taj Mahal and is a huge fortress which is 2.5 km away from its popular rival. The fort was built by the ruler Akbar as a royal residence and the capital of the empire. The Agra Fort is a massive structure built with red sandstone. Sometimes the fortress is called the red fortress of Agra. Later, the fortress has been converted into a museum of the erstwhile empire. 6: Departure: (03:30 PM) In the evening, you will return to Delhi.
