The pace you cycle at is up to you, but to get the most from your experience it is best to allow at least 4 hours.

Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Minimum height: 1.50 metres (5'0"). Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. All participants must be competent cyclists.. Routes follow roads with some traffic. Participants must be comfortable cycling on country roads.
