Corrib on the East it is strewn with some of the best salmon and trout fisheries in the world. Join us on our salmon and trout angling safaris with
like-minded people in spectacular scenic Connemara. Most rivers and lake systems see their first run of large spring salmon in early April, with grilse
arriving later in June and peaking in July. More salmon will enter the rivers in August and September whenever the rivers receive enough rain. The salmon fishing in Connemara is always best when the rivers are "in spate" following a heavy rain, which brings in fresh salmon and riles up those already
in the river.
Your guide is an expert on fishing in these rivers and will guide you through your perfect day.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Please note All participants must be agile enough to get in and out of boats. Please make yourself aware of the catch limits, sizes etc. etc. Let us know of any and all medical conditions prior to setting out onto the lake. Maximum of two fishermen per boat. Best time to fish is May following on from the Mayfly hatch. It is a legal requirement for all persons venturing out on to Lough Corrib to wear a life jacket. . What to wear: Appropriate fishing attire and foot wear. If the weather is wet a change of clothing and towel are recommended for afterwards. Favourite lures, flies, et al, sun glasses, water/refreshments, camera and sun block if the weather is bright and sunny.
