Nestled in lush nature, Munduk is a high-altitude village famous for its mountainous landscapes and refreshing atmosphere. We take trails that lead us to a primary forest where century-old trees covered in moss stand. In a traditional pirogue, we cross the peaceful lakes of Buyan and Tamblingan, and contemplate a serene landscape, shrouded in mist. After a lunch of local specialties, we visit a coffee plantation typical of the region, where we taste various varieties of coffee. We continue our adventure with a short hike to the magnificent Banyumala waterfall. In Bedugul, we admire the famous Pura Ulun Danu Beratan sanctuary, dedicated to the Balinese goddess of water.
