- Please note that this transfer isn't available for airport arrivals or departures
- Outside service areas: Extra IDR 250,000 (per car). Tabanan, Klungkung, Karangasem, Bangli, Buleleng, Jembrana . All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver. Additional hours: Extra IDR 50,000 per hour
