Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Excursion starts from Heraklion East Crete Area.. Minimum age is 15 years old.. You need absolutely good shoes- mountain boots or, at least, strong trainers along with sun screen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel, swimsuit, an extra pair of socks and a light jacket.Please keep in mind that it is not an easy walk,but a hike through the biggest Gorge on Crete!. Not recommended for travelers with Knee or Leg Problems!
