  • You will receive an email from the local supplier with ticket and audio instructions
  • Due to special circumstances (COVID-19) please keep in mind that in the Palace of Knossos access to certain areas is controlled by the security staff or certain areas might be closed. It is, also, mandatory to wear a mask. The maximum number of visitors in the Heraklion Archaeological Museum at any given time is 15 individuals. The course of the visit may be modified and special restrictions may be imposed due to the circumstances. Inside the museum, facial masks are mandatory for all visitors who should keep a safety distance of at least 2m.
  • Kindly note that between November 1st to March 31st the tour includes separate ticket per archeological site, one ticket for Knossos Palace and one ticket for Heraklion Archeological Museum
  • Please note that the archaeological site of Knossos is not wheelchair accessible
