Upon arrival at the port, you will find a Mini Market. Behind the Mini Market, there is an ATM machine where our colleague will be waiting for you.
Please note that the time listed is the approximate time the catamaran departs. Pick-up will occur prior to this time to ensure timely arrival at the port.
For a smooth experience, please bring warm, dry clothes, sunglasses, and a sun hat. Only creamy sun protection is allowed; oily products and sprays are not permitted as they can make the catamaran slippery. Passengers must carry a photo of their passport or ID.
To ensure seamless communication, provide the name of your hotel and contact details, either yours or your host's. Additionally, kindly share your WhatsApp number with the country code, as our driver or transportation company may need to contact you in case of delays or issues at the meeting point and time.
