You'll take a stroll through Butterfly Valley, marvel at ancient Kamiros and take in the views of Monolithos Castle as well as a few other surprises between.Kick off your day exploring Butterfly Valley, a lush natural park where, in season, you'll come across scores of butterflies resting in the shadows of the trees. Then, you'll travel back through the centuries with a guided tour of ancient Kamiros. Its well-preserved streets as well as the remains of the adjacent Agora and Acropolis will give you a real sense of how residents went about their daily lives.Next up you'll have some free time for lunch at Kalavarda, followed by a visit to Cava Stafylos in the village of Embonas for some local wine tasting.
