* To access your tickets you must download the Smartvisit app (available for free in the App Store or Google Play)
* Entry to the Acropolis is subject to booking (via the Smartvisit app) - it's recommended you book tickets at least 72 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. You may only visit the Acropolis during your selected timeslot.
* Attractions can only be visited once (Hop-on Hop-off bus excluded).
* A period of 1 hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-on Hop-off bus excluded).
* Not all attractions are open every day and availability and operating times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances - please check with the individual attraction operators before visiting.
* Refund requests will not be accepted if the pass has already been used to redeem an experience.
