Interact with fellow visitors and create a nutritious and delicious lunch together. You'll harvest organic vegetables of the highest quality and learn to prepare the iconic Greek dishes we all love. Fulfil the dream of being a Farm-to-Table Chef! And best of all, take these skills and recipes back home with you.You'll start the fire in the wood burning oven and begin to knead our dough. You'll then walk around the farm to harvest vegetables for your lunch and learn how food grows. Get to know trees, vegetables and the animals living in the farm. By the time you get back to the kitchen the oven is already hot and ready to bake your loaves. You'll prepare the vegetables for the Briam (roasted mixed vegetables) and place it in the oven. By the time the main dish is cooked you will have already prepared the Greek salad and Tzatziki using the freshest vegetables, goat cheese and traditional sheep yoghurt from small local dairies. Finally, you'll sit together in the open air kitchen and enjoy what you’ve prepared.
