What To Expect
Thousands of Jews lived peacefully in a safe neighbourhood of Corfu Town for centuries until they were rounded up and sent to death camps on June 8, 1944. Although Jewish residents are now a minority, their old neighbourhood still exists as a distinct community. This app-based self-guided audio tour takes you around Corfu's Jewish Community to enjoy unlimited independent sightseeing of the historic area.
This tour was written by Hilary Paipeti, one of the island's leading figures acclaimed for her walks and the founder of the Corfu Trail.
