The History of the Georgian Military Road
The Georgian Military Road is an ancient path associated with important historical events. You will visit the village of Stepantsminda at the foot of Kazbegi and take an off-road vehicle to the Gergeti Church. There, we will share with you facts about the fate of the church dedicated to the Holy Trinity, and of course, the legends of the proud Caucasian giant, Mount Kazbegi.
Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The road from Tbilisi and back takes 3 hours. The rest of the time is spent moving between attractions.
