Important information

Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Collect your ticket by meeting your host at Monument Square, London EC3R 8AJ. Your host will be wearing a dark blue uniform. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring your own headphones. Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival. Please note the Monument has a narrow, winding staircase of 311 steps. This experience is not recommended for those who have limited mobility, claustrophobia or vertigo. Entry is subject to a security bagcheck. Large bags must be left in a designated bag storage area at the bottom of the staircase. Due to limited space in the viewing gallery, a maximum of 33 people are allowed inside at any one time. Wait times of 15 minutes to enter the Monument can be expected. Access to the Monument may be restricted or closed due to adverse weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a closure, tickets can be rescheduled for the soonest available dates, subject to availability
