* On arrival at the airport, you can either board any service directly with your voucher or exchange for a booked seat on a National Express retail desk
* When booking your coach to the airport, plan to arrive at the airport no later than 3 hours before the departure time of your flight (even if you have checked in online, leave at least an hour to clear security at the airport)
* More than 100 services run every 24 hours, approximately one every 15 - 30 minutes; note that sometimes there are longer time periods between departures
* You may take up to 2 medium-sized suitcases (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) or one large item that has maximum dimensions of 75cm x 50cm x 32cm, free of charge per person, each item with a maximum weight of 20kg
* Customers on wheelchairs or using service animals should inform the local operator beforehand (contact details to be found in the info voucher after booking)
