Once purchased, the gift card is not refundable however, once redeemed, the cancellation policy of the experience booked applies. The gift card cannot be used against a TUI holiday (experiences only)
This gift card is valid up to 2 years after the purchase date
The gift card can not be combined with other cards or promotions
The gift card can be used on one or more purchases
The gift card is not personal and is transferable
Failure to use the gift card by the due date will not be entitled to refund or to a replacement prize or to any other type of compensation
The gift card is not redeemable in exchange for cash and does not give the right to have any cash back
In case of theft or loss, you will not have any reimbursement by TUI
